TOA, 15% Decrease in Ordinary Profit for The Current Fiscal Year

Earnings ReportTOA CORPORATION <1885> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 22.6% from the previous period to 24.6 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 15.4% from the previous period to 20.8 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 92 yen to 100 yen (compared to 76 yen in the prior term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the special dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 77 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 16.8% from the same period last year, reaching 4.35 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 4.6% in the same period last year to 4.3%.
