KyOwa CORPORATION CO.,LTD. <6570> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 35.2% from the previous period to 1.74 billion yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 1.43 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 14.4% to 1.99 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 40 yen, an increase of 15 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 40.5% from the same period last year, reaching 0.72 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 11.3% in the same period last year to 12.0%.
