Earnings ReportIMURAYA GROUP CO., LTD. <2209> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (15:40). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 11.5% from the previous period to 3.53 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 3.8% from the previous period to 3.40 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 36 yen to 38 yen (compared to 36 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 38 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.05 billion yen, a 77.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit/loss margin worsened from 2.6% in the same period last year to -0.3%.
