Drecom Co.,Ltd. <3793> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 6.0 times that of the previous period to 318 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to surge 2.8 times the previous term, reaching 900 million yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company plans to pay a final dividend of 5 yen, reinstating dividends for the first time in four terms.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.1 times that of the same period last year, reaching 278 million yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 3.1% in the same period last year to 7.3%.
