MAINICHI COMNET CO., LTD. <8908> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending May 2026 has been revised upward 12.9%, from the previous forecast of 2.40 billion yen to 2.71 billion yen (compared to 2.38 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 0.7% to 13.7%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for three consecutive terms.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the December to May period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 15.7%, from the previous forecast of 1.97 billion yen to 2.28 billion yen (compared to 2.21 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 3.5% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 32 yen to 38 yen (compared to 32 yen in the previous period).
