NIPRO CORPORATION <8086> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 82.3% from the previous period to 19.7 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 38.9% to 27.4 billion yen. This will be the tenth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 28 yen to 29 yen (compared to 25 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 32 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of 2.11 billion yen (compared to a loss of 3.19 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit margin significantly improved from 2.7% in the same period last year to 6.3%.
