Earnings ReportMitsubishi Heavy Industries,Ltd. <7011> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on May 12th (13:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 35.3% from the previous period to 332 billion yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 260 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 14.4% to 380 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 24 yen to 25 yen (compared to 23 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 29 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 65.2% from the same period last year, reaching 121 billion yen.
