Earnings ReportThe Keiyo Bank, Ltd. <8544> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 12th (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 23.3% from the previous period to 22.4 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 24.3% to 27.9 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in thirteen years. This will be the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 40 yen to 42 yen (compared to 30 yen in the prior term), and has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 66 yen, an increase of 24 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 8.3 times that of the same period last year, reaching 4.57 billion yen.
