Earnings ReportHOTMAN Co.,Ltd. <3190> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the morning on May 8th (11:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 3.8% from the previous period to 703 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 6.7% to 750 million yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 10 yen to 11 yen (compared to 10 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 11 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary loss improved to a deficit of 260 million yen (compared to a loss of 315 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin improved from -7.3% in the same period last year to -5.9%.
