Earnings ReportMARUWA CO., LTD. <5344> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the morning on May 8th (10:40). The consolidated operating profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 7.2% from the previous period to 24.9 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated operating profit is expected to expand to 18.9% to 29.7 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years. This will be the eleventh consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 110 yen, an increase of 8 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated operating profit grew 9.4% from the same period last year, reaching 7.85 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 38.4% in the same period last year to 35.3%.
