Guidance Update ReportTAKAMATSU CONSTRUCTION GROUP CO., LTD. <1762> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the morning on May 8th (09:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 25.0%, from the previous forecast of 14.0 billion yen to 17.5 billion yen (compared to 10.6 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 31.8% to 64.8%, reaches new record high for the first time in twenty two terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 56.1%, from the previous forecast of 6.24 billion yen to 9.74 billion yen (compared to 8.47 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 14.9% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 90 yen to 130 yen (compared to 82 yen in the previous period).
