KUREHA, Net Income Forecast for Last Fiscal Year Revised Downward to a Loss, Dividend Revised down by 5 Yen

Guidance Update ReportKUREHA CORPORATION <4023> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 30th (15:30). The consolidated net income/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 10.0 billion yen to a loss of 10.1 billion yen (compared to a profit of 7.80 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated net income/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 3.68 billion yen to a loss of 16.4 billion yen (compared to a profit of 2.14 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
Due to a decline in performance, the company has reduced its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 219 yen to 214 yen (compared to 86.7 yen in the previous period).
