Scroll, Ordinary Profit Forecast for Last Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 3%

Guidance Update ReportScroll Corporation <8005> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on April 30th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 2.8%, from the previous forecast of 6.00 billion yen to 6.16 billion yen (compared to 6.42 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 6.6% to 4.0%. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has decreased 1.1%, from the previous forecast of 2.80 billion yen to 2.76 billion yen (compared to 4.26 billion yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 34.4% to 35.1%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 6.1%, from the previous forecast of 2.70 billion yen to 2.86 billion yen (compared to 2.34 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 15.1% to 22.1%.
