Nihon M&A Center Holdings Inc. <2127> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 30th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 13.2% from the previous period to 19.1 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.8% to 19.3 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 3.42 billion yen, a 44.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin significantly dropped from 43.3% in the same period last year to 24.9%.
