Earnings ReportMitsubishi Electric Corporation <6503> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on April 28th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 25.8% from the previous period to 407 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 16.5% to 475 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 44.1% from the same period last year, reaching 109 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 5.8% in the same period last year to 8.0%.
