Guidance Update ReportTOKYO AUTOMATIC MACHINERY WORKS,LTD. <6360> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 28th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 51.8%, from the previous forecast of 0.57 billion yen to 0.86 billion yen (compared to 1.72 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 66.9% to 49.7%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) ordinary profit is expected to increase 53.7%, from the previous forecast of 0.54 billion yen to 0.84 billion yen (compared to 0.83 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 1.0% increase in the ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 100 yen to 160 yen (compared to 240 yen in the previous period).
