SYSMEX CORPORATION <6869> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on April 28th (15:30). The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 14.6%, from the previous forecast of 41.0 billion yen to 35.0 billion yen (compared to 53.6 billion yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 23.6% to 34.8%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated net income has decreased 27.3%, from the previous forecast of 21.9 billion yen to 15.9 billion yen (compared to 27.6 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 20.6% to 42.2%.
