PACIFIC METALS, Net Income Forecast for Last Fiscal Year Turns to Profit, Exceeds Expectations, Dividend Revised Upward by 15 Yen

Guidance Update ReportPACIFIC METALS CO.,LTD. <5541> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on April 28th (15:00). The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward from an expected loss of 0.18 billion yen to a profit of 2.61 billion yen (compared to a loss of 1.66 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a profit.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated net income is expected to increase 4.1 times, from the previous forecast of 0.91 billion yen to 3.70 billion yen (compared to 0.21 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 4.4 times to 18 times.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 120 yen to 135 yen (compared to 135 yen in the previous period).
