Earnings ReportNITTO DENKO CORPORATION <6988> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on April 27th (16:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 2.7% from the previous period to 133 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 5.6% to 141 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 64 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income amounted to 27.7 billion yen, a 2.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin rose from 13.9% in the same period last year to 14.8%.
