KOEI CHEMICAL COMPANY,LIMITED <4367> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on April 21st (13:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 2.5 times, from the previous forecast of 100 million yen to 250 million yen (compared to 356 million yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 71.9% to 29.8%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) ordinary profit is expected to increase 31.1%, from the previous forecast of 482 million yen to 632 million yen (compared to a loss of 143 million yen in the same period of the previous year).
