Guidance Update ReportFudo Tetra Corporation <1813> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the morning on April 21st (11:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 20.0%, from the previous forecast of 5.00 billion yen to 6.00 billion yen (compared to 3.36 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 48.5% to 78.3%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 35.8%, from the previous forecast of 2.79 billion yen to 3.79 billion yen (compared to 2.76 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 1.0% to 37.2%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 90 yen to 115 yen (compared to 60 yen in the previous period).
