Earnings ReportVECTOR INC. <6058> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended February 2026 increased by 19.5% from the previous period to 9.14 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending February 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 7.2% to 9.80 billion yen, marking the sixth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the eighteenth consecutive term of revenue and the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 36 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 1.80 billion yen, a 51.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 23.9% in the same period last year to 11.2%.
