Guidance Update Report

ALPHA CO.,LTD. <4760> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 6th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending August 2026 (September 2025 to February 2026) has been revised upward 10.3%, from the previous forecast of 145 million yen to 160 million yen (compared to 137 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 5.8% to 16.8%.

Furthermore, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 250 million yen(compared to 224 million yen in the previous period).

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 60 yen to 70 yen (compared to 60 yen in the previous period).
