Guidance Update Report

KYOSHIN CO.,LTD. <4735> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on April 6th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 (an irregular 9-month accounting period) has been revised upward 52.6%, from the previous forecast of 308 million yen to 470 million yen. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has decreased 2.8%, from the previous forecast of 71 million yen to 69 million yen.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the December to February period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 2.4 times, from the previous forecast of 117 million yen to 279 million yen.

Note: Due to a change in the fiscal year ending February 2026 (9-month fiscal year), comparisons with the same period in the previous year are not provided since there is no corresponding period.
