TOSEI CORPORATION <8923> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on April 6th (14:30). The consolidated net income for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending November 2026 (December 2025 to February 2026) increased 24.5% from the same period last year, reaching 10.1 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 15.1 billion yen was 67.2%, also surpassing the five-year average of 47.8%.

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (1Q), the operating profit margin decreased from 26.7% in the same period last year to 25.6%.
