DAISAN CO.,LTD. <4750> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 3rd (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2026 (May 2025 to January 2026) decreased 6.4% from the same period last year to 264 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 410 million yen was 64.4%, also falling below the same period of the previous year of 81.5%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the February to April period (4Q) is expected to surge 2.3 times that of the same period last year, reaching 146 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 112 million yen, a 3.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 4.6% in the same period last year to 3.8%.
