Guidance Update ReportYOMEISHU SEIZO CO.,LTD. <2540> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the early hours of the morning on February 25th (03:00). The net income/loss (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 0.84 billion yen to a loss of 1.64 billion yen (compared to a profit of 0.67 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) net income/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 0.54 billion yen to a loss of 1.93 billion yen (compared to a profit of 0.44 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
At the same time, the plan for a year-end lump-sum dividend of 45 yen has been changed to undecided.
