Earnings ReportISHIHARA SANGYO KAISHA, LTD. <4028> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 13th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) surged 2.3 times that of the same period last year, reaching 13.1 billion yen.
In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 9.8%, from the previous forecast of 16.4 billion yen to 18.0 billion yen (compared to 11.3 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 44.0% to 58.0%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in two years.
Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to increase 20.3%, from the previous forecast of 7.89 billion yen to 9.49 billion yen (compared to 8.90 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 6.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 100 yen to 120 yen (compared to 85 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 48.0% from the same period last year, reaching 4.65 billion yen. The operating profit margin drastically improved from 3.8% in the same period last year to 11.8%.
