Earnings ReportENEOS Holdings, Inc. <5020> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on February 13th (13:00). The consolidated net income for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) decreased 24.3% from the same period last year to 129 billion yen. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 135 billion yen was 95.7%, also surpassing the five-year average of 66.9%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 89.6% from the same period last year to 5.76 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated net income dropped to 64.4 billion yen, a 37.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 4.4% in the same period last year to 3.4%.
