Verite Co.,Ltd. <9904> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 13th (13:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) decreased 8.3% from the same period last year to 510 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 877 million yen was 58.2%, also falling below the five-year average of 73.5%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to grow 1.1% from the same period last year, reaching 367 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the ordinary profit amounted to 316 million yen, a 1.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 15.2% in the same period last year to 12.7%.
