Onamba Co.,Ltd. <5816> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 increased by 4.9% from the previous period to 2.44 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 10.6% to 2.70 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 70 yen, an increase of 29 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.87 billion yen, an 11.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 7.2% in the same period last year to 7.1%.
