SUMCO CORPORATION <3436> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the fiscal year ended December 2025 turned into a loss of 3.88 billion yen (compared to a profit of 37.4 billion yen in the previous period). The result was better than the previously estimated deficit of loss of 10.9 billion yen. Furthermore, the company did not disclose the performance outlook for the fiscal year ending December 2026.

At the same time, the company has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
