KOSAIDO Holdings Co., Ltd. <7868> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) decreased 22.1% from the same period last year to 4.35 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 8.05 billion yen was 54.1%, also falling below the five-year average of 57.6%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to expand 51.4% from the same period last year, reaching 3.69 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.66 billion yen, a 22.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 21.7% in the same period last year to 17.8%.
