Nippon Prologis REIT, 6% Decrease in Ordinary Profit for The Current Fiscal Year

Nippon Prologis REIT,Inc. <3283> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 21st (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended November 2025 decreased by 1.0% from the previous period to 15.2 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending May 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 6.3% from the previous period to 14.3 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 1900 yen to 1920 yen (compared to 5812 yen before the 3-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 1920 yen.
