BROAD ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. <4415> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on January 19th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised upward 14.5%, from the previous forecast of 655 million yen to 750 million yen (compared to 564 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 16.1% to 33.0%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for two consecutive terms.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) ordinary profit has been revised upward 38.5%, from the previous forecast of 247 million yen to 342 million yen (compared to 344 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 28.2% to 0.6%.

At the same time, the year-end lump-sum dividend remains undecided.
