Earnings ReportCSS HOLDINGS,LTD. <2304> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 11th (17:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended September 2025 increased by 17.8% from the previous period to 742 million yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 7.8% to 800 million yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 35 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 35 times that of the same period last year, reaching 106 million yen. The operating profit/loss margin improved from -0.2% in the same period last year to 2.1%.
