THE SHIMANE BANK,LTD. <7150> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 7th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised upward 61.9%, from the previous forecast of 210 million yen to 340 million yen (compared to 605 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 65.3% to 43.8%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 450 million yen(compared to 858 million yen in the previous period).
