ATOM CORPORATION <7412> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 7th (15:30). The ordinary loss (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) was a reduced loss of 0.21 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.31 billion yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit/loss for the October to March period (second half) is expected to turn into a profit of 1.08 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.32 billion yen in the same period last year).

At the same time, the company has decided not to pay the first-half dividend, which had previously been undecided.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.15 billion yen, a 53.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 3.5% in the same period last year to 2.1%.
