The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to September) expanded 1.41 billion yen, an increase 32.2% compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the full-year plan of 1.48 billion yen was 95.9%, also surpassing the five-year average of 67.8%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 83.7% from the same period last year to 0.06 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 37.3% from the same period last year, reaching 0.48 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 13.4% in the same period last year to 13.7%.
