Advance Residence Investment <3269> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 16th (16:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended July 2025 increased by 24.9% from the previous period to 9.13 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending January 2026, the ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight decrease of 0.9% from the previous period to 9.05 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 3155 yen to 3192 yen (compared to 5975 yen before the 2-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3170 yen.
