KOMATSU MATERE Co., Ltd. <3580> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on September 4th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 18.5%, from the previous forecast of 2.70 billion yen to 3.20 billion yen (compared to 2.83 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 12.8% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 45.5%, from the previous forecast of 1.10 billion yen to 1.60 billion yen (compared to 1.53 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 4.3% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 13 yen to 14 yen (compared to 12 yen in the same period of the previous year), resulting in the annual dividend of 27 yen.
