Nippon Ichi Software,Inc. <3851> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on June 20th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised downward from an expected loss of 84 million yen to a loss of 254 million yen (compared to a loss of 136 million yen in the same period of the previous year), indicating an expansion in the loss margin.

Due to the expansion of the first half deficit, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 52.6%, from the previous forecast of 325 million yen to 154 million yen (compared to a loss of 75 million yen in the previous period).
