SUNNEXTA GROUP Inc. <8945> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on June 20th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2025 has been revised upward 16.7%, from the previous forecast of 0.60 billion yen to 0.70 billion yen (compared to 0.65 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 7.2% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has decreased 48.7%, from the previous forecast of 0.39 billion yen to 0.20 billion yen (compared to 1.77 billion yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 78.0% to 88.7%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the January to June period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 30.9%, from the previous forecast of 0.32 billion yen to 0.42 billion yen (compared to 0.37 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 14.6% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
