Earnings ReportSATO FOODS INDUSTRIES CO.,LTD. <2814> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 16th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 3.0% from the previous period to 813 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 14.5% from the previous period to 695 million yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 40 yen to 42 yen (compared to 40 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 42 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary profit decreased to 162 million yen, a 6.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 11.6% in the same period last year to 10.4%.
