Dividend Guidance Update ReportHEIWA REAL ESTATE CO.,LTD. <8803> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its dividend after the market closed on May 16th (15:30). Due to a planned 2-for-1 forward stock split is scheduled for June 30, the the annual dividend has been revised from the original plan of 176 yen to 88 yen (equivalent to 176 yen before the forward stock split), but the actual dividend remains unchanged.
