Earnings ReportFreakOut Holdings, inc. <6094> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2025 (October 2024 to March 2025) decreased 29.2% from the same period last year to 344 million yen.
In addition, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit has decreased of range from 450 million yen to 950 million yen to range from 50 million yen to 550 million yen (compared to 366 million yen in the previous period).
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary loss for the April to September period (2H) is expected to further decrease loss of 44 million yen (compared to a loss of 120 million yen in the same period last year).
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 223 million yen (compared to a profit of 289 million yen in the same period last year). However, the operating profit/loss margin improved from -1.8% in the same period last year to -0.3%.
