Earnings ReportEnBio Holdings,Inc <6092> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 dropped 34.2% from the previous period to 702 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 20.2% to 844 million yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 8 yen to 9 yen (compared to 8 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 9 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 167 million yen (compared to a profit of 521 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit margin sharply declined from 13.4% in the same period last year to 0.2%.
