Earnings ReportGSI Creos Corporation <8101> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 15th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 15.0% from the previous period to 2.54 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 25.6% to 3.2 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 95 yen to 97 yen (compared to 83 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 100 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.09 billion yen, an 86.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 1.9% in the same period last year to 0.7%.
