Earnings ReportT&D Holdings, Inc. <8795> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 15th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 24.3% from the previous period to 198 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 12.3% to 223 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 124 yen, an increase of 44 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 20.7 billion yen, a 59.3% decrease compared to the same period last year.
