TOMOEGAWA CORPORATION <3878> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 15th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 4.7% from the previous period to 1.56 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 1.0% from the previous period to 1.55 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of declining profits.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.08 billion yen, an 80.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 4.0% in the same period last year to 0.2%.
